I agree. Still needs something better than what's in place now.

Effective level could mean little if a team was building to fit a strategy instead of maxing cap/ALG opportunities. If you want the best method, use Fame. IF Bort had a Script that averaged the teams fame, you would get teams that are successful having higher fame. Those not, getting lower fame. Plus those not in Elite leagues, even though they may have a high effective level, don't earn Fame as quickly as the teams in Elite. Thereby reflecting their lessor skill level at the game.

probably because the powers know that effective level means little to nothing due to the differing skill levels of those running teams.
