I guess the new system means you can catch up to dots a season older. It just looked weird and in the old system it would only happen if you missed a season of boosting. My mind was still set in that mode, sorry.
There's no real reason not to boost at the start of the season for the198d players. tiny training %'s gains and most of them are likely on light training now anyway. Next season these dots will likely hold off till they hit 69 though.
