For the suggestion to work under the current management, I think the team would have to be reactivated before day 41 so that it can replace another (CPU-owned) team. I can't see it working midseason, or even activating prior to the day-41 shuffle.

Team should become active or nonactive on Day 41. You would not be allowed to suspend the team mid season. All goes to Day 41.

i think it would help a lot more teams. there were some good teams that went CPU last season. I think if the owners had an option they might want to suspend them.
