Of course they are. No one is going to want to join a dead league. At least I got the Bengals a usable QB in the draft during my time in this dead league. NOTHING GOES ON!

Please stop. The league is not dead. Just because nothing major happens within a week of offseason doesn't mean it is...
The reason not alot is going on is because the draft is currently going on, and owners keep disappearing and not making picks. It'll speed up quickly once the draft gets going (and we may auto-sim for inactive owners).
Join up, it's a great league.
