What makes effective level an inaccurate assessment tool for individual players is
1. It doesn't take into account equipment
2. A build can be efficiently built, but have the sp in the wrong places
3. VAs are often as important or more important than the build itself

What makes effective level even more inaccurate when assessing teams is
1. It only takes into account the sp value of the top 1/2 of the team, so a team that has a larger discrepancy in player quality is going to show an artificially inflated number
2. It can be manipulated by having a few extra STOPs from high ALG positions or a K or P can really skew the numbers
3. The less players you have, the less that go into the EL calculation. (If you have 55 players it is the highest 28, if you have 44 players it is the highest 22)

This is accurate...basically if you build crap dots, you typically have crap effective level. But you can have a high eff level and still have a crap dot...not gonna have a game changing dot very often that has a crap eff level...

Capetown always thinks they are so much better than they really are...you guys have always had a good team, but you have nothing at the higher levels to show for it...lots of post season losing...

Basically Rage says you aren't that good of a team, but you will make post season because you are better than the other not so good teams...put this team you have now in EEPro back in like season 11-12, you don't come close to making playoffs...

um, i dont know how thats news. the team we have now is full of day 359 dots (with some even younger), and are still 3 months away from finishing our builds. so uh... yah, put us in any pro league, at any time past or present, and we should get beat up pretty easily.

which also means that any team we beat this season should probably quit.
