it works, but it isn't worth it

It works but many of us have figured out that the increase is so minimal that it's not worth it. Go with Balance for another extra SA.

Taut, what do you like in terms of Speed/Agility/Strength split? My guy is going to be at 315 after 72s, but I have the ability to realign some EQ at that point.

I haven't been too happy with Strength/Agility this season, but it's worked in the past. Has high SAs, four AEQ, 60s tackling/vision, etc.

Seems like it's best to either go all in on strength or have just enough to avoid getting caked and go 115+ on both speed and agility.

I'm wondering this as well. My older DE has been running with a roughly even strength/agility split (which will become a bit more agility-heavy after 64 upgrades) and mid-80s speed. But he's stashed away on a lolcasualpro team that had literally one competitive regular season game this year, so it's difficult to tell if that setup is sustainable long-term or not.

For an agility build I have found that you really have to have 100 speed if you want to be putting up sacks in the top leagues, 105-110 is preferable.

1) 320 for current guys, and probably slightly higher for future builds.

2) Might try higher vision and tackling? Or maybe you just aren't high enough on Str/Agi or have the wrong VAs etc.

3) I roughly agree.

So...is this with or with out eq? And what would optimum strength/agility be?

Obviously with EQ. Ever try getting 3 attributes over 300 natural?

with archetypes you can get close. You can definitely hit 290.

Yeah, but only worth it on a K or P probably.

No it's worth it on DL guys as well. You can get over 290 and still have 75 vision and 55 stamina and confidence if you are willing to forget about tackling. Or you could drop down to about 65 vision and have 60+ tackling.

Of course that is with 3 AEQ rather than 4.

Time will tell.

And, 3 AEQ vs. 4 AEQ, in most cases is not a huge deal to me. The little squadron of dots I built this last offseason, most of them will end up with 3 AEQ, just because I like the benefit of training tertiary attributes to 55 or so. (train to 40-41, cap at 49, train to 55)
