I believe I have seeding good to go. Thanks to those that helped.
Also, rather that do just plain byes I am going to do play in games so to speak such as what you see with the NCAA Tournament. Bracket should be out tomorrow or Wednesday.

Lets get these play in games done by day 4. If your team doesnt have to wait on a play in game then go ahead and schedule your games as well. Also, the higher seeded team can send the scrimmage. Remember to make sure you have played an even amount of games and follow all tournament rules as stated in the OP.

Requiem Revolver vs Coastal Empire Pirates
Devil's Advocates vs Miami Seminoles
Lincoln City Seals vs Montpelier Junior Wildcats
M.U.S.C.L.E. vs Boulder Holders
Suicide Kings vs The Portland T-Rex
Ogopogo Lake Monsters vs AWESOME TEAM 2K11
Springfield Test Dummies vs Addict Nation PW
Toronto Red Star vs California Go get ems
There will be 8 "play in" games so to speak since we had an odd number of teams.
