This. The NCAA can discipline the team/university, but other than that, they are fairly powerless when it comes to legal things.
And tbh, Auburn shouldn't even be top 5. Oregon should easily be #1, based on the fact that they only team that hung with them had to cheat to stay in the game (Cal, 15-13). Auburn has caught the biggest breaks against Mississippi State, Clemson (that one was awful to watch), South Carolina, Kentucky, and this week Alabama.
Cam Netwon is a talent, but sucks Auburn will be 0-12 after the NCAA/FBI finish up.
