traditionally always been Pro vs Pro as the WL teams are already beating each other up ..
teams like Hali and QCBC have been in WL almost if not longer than CPL.
we have 3 WL CPL teams that are up for it. and EEPL only has 2 teams total - both of which blow up there (the norm for EEPL promotes)
