I 100% agree. This is getting way to overboard. After my guy retires I think I'm going to stop playing this game, guys are just taking this game way to seriously and it's getting really annoying. Ex. "Whew, I'm proud of my guys today, they showed up with their game faces and played with a lot of heart, guts, and determination." Give me a break it's just freaking simulated dots, I understand the game planning and tactics setting aspect and being proud/happy that you came up with a winning strategy is fine, but beyond that the whole "I'm proud of my men, yada, yada, yada" speech is nonsense and just ridiculous, I feel like I'm at some kind of geek convention when reading some(most) of the posts on these forums. I'm mean seriously, do you read some of the threads in the GM/Coordinator section, they want resumes, real life coaching experience where/when/how long/what level, what your record was when you were a coach, what defense-offense you ran, what color socks you wore while coaching...holy shit people, it's just a game and like F8 said all you get is a little bragging rights on this site and a little clip art trophy. Take a step back and relax. Your ruining the game because your trying too hard to be an armchair Owner, GM, Coordinator, Commissioner, Scouting Department, Quality Control Officer, etc.

All you guys on losing teams have the same attitude. It's always just a stupid game when you play for a team that sucks.


Man i'm pretty even keel but you sir are a clown shoe , winning or losing doesn't matter it's your actions while playing that does , and honestly this comment makes me think you're one of those crybaby losers that call people fag or drop the N bomb and such when you lose. I have a player that plays for a winner and it don't mean squat to me , it's only winning when you are winning something , ain't nothing really to be won here except for what I said and I have a player with a clip art trophy, it don't mean nothing.

So seriously man get a grip and a life outside this game and then come back and bunch me in with those type of people you are describing and I still wouldn't fit. And to be honest man my team lost again today but I had fun anyway and tonight I did puzzles with my sons and kissed my wife and i'll come back tomorrow and read some other clown shoe like you saying people like me are losers because we don't want to kill someone because something didn't go our way in a beta game.

The only game that matters to me is in REAL LIFE , the $200 or so i've spent on this game is for entertainment purposes only and you sir have made my evening by your post on the entertainment side.

I'm sorry guys , I know I should have left it alone and I REALLY tried. But I hate grown ass men that cry when not at a funeral for a relative/friend and try to pawn their own shortcomings off on others who have differing opinions.

I don't even really care about this whole situation, what's done is done. Move on, enjoy yourselves..yada yada. The thing that kills me is the people that are trying to clown on those who get into the game. If you look across the top of this screen it says MMORPG, right? Any of you youngins know what that stands for? I'll tell ya since my guess is you don't. It stands for Massively multi-player online role-playing game.

These people who get into the game are doing what the game was designed for. They role-play as their players, agents, coaches, etc....So here's an idea. Since this is a game as you want to point out, how about you play the way you want to, and everyone else will play how they want to, and everyone will just keep their opinions about how to play to themselves?

Ok, off my soap-box...prolly wont do any good since I am more then likely talking to kids, but meh.

wow man, like josh said this a a role playing game, its built for people who who like to "play the role of a star qb, or gm, or return specialist, or owner, etc..." i know that this looks like its been an agrgument between myself and clay, but i have to say that one thing clay has is class... and to accuse someone you've never talked to as being the type of guy who wud drop the "N bomb" wen he loses, i assure you that you are WAY WAY off and frankly i find the fact that you would even throw race into the equation on a thread and in a gm like this is just pathetic.... this is an MMORPG... there are no COLORS here, other then blue and yellow.... wow, to think that you cud just throw that out there like its no big deal then you obviously have some racial issues of your own that need to be dealt with... im sorry, but that is just wrong... wow... this is probably the last place i would expect to see a racial remark get thrown out..... how the hell do you know what color a guys skin is when you cant see him?? and this being a "ROLE PLAYING" game, i, along with you and everone else can choose to create their players whatever race they'd like, click on my players i have avatars of a white fs, a jersey for a lb, a black de (jerome brown), a "walking-pot leaf" wr, a black rb (brian westbrook), a huge penis with eyes all balls qb, mr peanut with wwII rifle with bayonette cb, and mr peanut holding an axe DE.... so where does race come into play here?? wow.. i honestly hope this thread ends here cus an accusation like that is just not cool, whether youre "a nerd playing with dots" or youre a "cool guy who is too good for rpg's".... damn i feel like i typed a lot but my brain is still spinning from seeing that qoute....

Do any other teams even have half this amount of drama or is my team just boring?

If anything we've had the opposite problem in that some starters have been disappointed with their performance and have asked to be moved to second team.

I feel fortunate with the group of guys on my team now....

Well holy shit...I step out of our locker room(the best in the BBB league by the way) and come over here to see whats happening and BAM this thread blows up right in may face!!! Guess you've never played an online game like Xbox then , the N Bomb and more get dropped when people take the game this seriousrole playing or not people need to check themselves and I OFFERED AN OPINION of how I see them as I now know he did as he see's us. Point taken on my end.

But again my answer to the original question is who gives a flying _ _ _ _ This ain't my fantasy football league where money is to be won , just a clip art trophy and internet bragging rights to a game that MAY OR MAY NOT get off the ground and i'm not gonna commit suicide because someone left my team and may or may not offer secrets.
