Yeah, I was going to try and compete in Copper 5 with some kick ass strategy and AI but I can't compete with the arms race that's developing.
It would be interesting for next year to do the same thing, except put a friendly limit as to how many positions can be created; for example, each roster can only use 10 non-CPU players. So it allows strategy to come into determining what positions are created, and how teams will build their AI's around the few playes they have.

yeah sounds a bit dumb to race to buy a peewee team and then overindulge with flexies to show how big their e-peens are ...i thought this was meant to be just a fun thing, or at least a place where we could test out some strategis in an even playing field ...next they'll be buying custom EQs?!?
some of us already over indulged in flexies along time ago and this gives us an oppurtunity to use some of it.
Team cost was 175 nonrefundable flex, i believe. It'll cost a bunch of returnable flex to field these teams but we'll get it all back. I'm not boosting or ce'ing the new team. You can't really test anything without player tactics and even really at all for how short this season will be for these new dots.
If they had a cpu player only league that would be really fun as well and i would try and field a team next season with my copper team other wise it will be a non boost non custom test type thing.

Thats what I am doing with my 2 new teams .I am running them all CPU and watching how they play, work out for the bal of the season before I see what I am going to commit to.
I knew this would happen once they introduced cheerleaders in GLB, they can't help them selves these little teen girls (yep that's what I just called you! ) have to start rivalries.
