yeah i've adjusted the ST's there about 10 times and am getting no results

Yeah man, I think that team has had a black cloud on it always. Always underachieved, now they just look out classed.

APL is no slouch. I don't care if you merge 8 teams, you're still going to have some tough games. It's not like you can merge nowadays and improve your builds by more than a fraction of a percent.
The game has been around long enough that those that have been here for awhile can p much make a dot that is maybe as much as 5% worse than the best dot in the game at that position and that level.
The real reason to merge is to consolidate agents & coordinators, in a lot of cases.
