I'm assuming this is directed at my team and I don't think it's justified. I've been a team owner since season 9 and have pretty much been a one man operation since day 1. I don't have hundreds of players created and am not part of a network of teams and agents where recruiting is made a lot easier. And after a bunch of seasons hanging in the middle of the pack I actually was able to get a great team together last year to go undefeated and lose in the championship game to Bristol. But a lot of my players were older so I had to replace over half of my team.
So I figured hey I have a great core of players and always tried to keep my team competitive (unlike a lot of teams on the way up who tanked years). So I started recruiting for this year about day 25 last season I thought this year might not be so hard to fill the team. And yet time and time again players would join 2-14 EEPL teams, 8-8 AAA teams, and even some AA teams. And these were players in their prime. And I realize a lot of players won't play for a casual team but it still is discouraging. Especially the time I spend on here recruiting.
So I will never be ashamed of having CPU players on my team, and am happy that they made them competitive. And even though I don't spend the money on this game that for example you do vinman, I still have been a long time loyal customer through all the different highs and lows and changes of GLB. And I am happy that the agents that I am so fortunate to have on my team (some who have stayed through mostly thin times), have a chance to not lose every game by 100 points.
Thanks
