It's a formula, not subjective. You have 2 wins, they have 3. Wins carry the most weight.

I can only hope, there is somebody from "Hope" that understands this concept.

I'm pretty sure head to head has a HUGE impact on determining power rankings....

He's right, you know. It's a pretty half assed way to go about it just looking at a teams record, and ignoring their opponents and head-to-head comparisons. I mean, it takes no thought to just regergitate the standings, that's not a good indicator of anything.

The Hope have played 4 really good teams, and just blew out a team you want to put ahead of us because of a 1 win differential..?

And, to answer your question. Yes.

Then you're an idiot.

Not including one another these are the current records of the teams they have faced.

Bristol's Opponents: 5-8
New York's Opponents: 9-3

Bristol has beaten mostly bad teams, New York has beaten or stayed competitive with good teams. Then the head to head matchup.

New York (1-2): 48
Bristol (3-0): 20

It doesn't take a genious to see Bristol was overrated by a very crappy schedule.

But your "formula" doesn't look into that. It doesn't take into account that Bristol has beaten average teams (at best), while the Hope could easily be 3-1 against GOOD opponents and it doesn't take into account that the Hope beat the Bullets... Sounds to me like your formula is flawed.

Don't worry one of your boys is making a formula that will include all the things that makes the HOPE a good 2 and 2 team. I'm sure you'll be in the top 3.

Also, I love (I mean LOVE) how people bitch about what other people do, when fact of the matter is most of them are too lazy to do something themselves. Simply Awesome. Then resort to name calling.

I've never backed down from how my rankings are formulated (nor will I explain them, because it's waste of time); so I suggest you do one and stick to it when people start picking at it.

Yea i appreciate him doing it, but at least have some justification to your picks. You have given no justification to having the bullets over the hope except, they are 3-1, we are 2-2...

The fact you don't think the Hope are amongst the best teams in the league based on how we have played and against who shows me, and all of us, all we need to know about your formula.

DC's will (hopefully) at least take things like that into account like someone elses Power Rankings on this forum, as opposed to your copy and paste job.
