Yes because it is Play Station's fault, or somehow a representation of a system because the few games you've played you had a bad connection with the host....

I know you lag as much if not more often and more intensely on X-Box as on PS3, my roommates will often come watch me play because they have quit in frustration of lag on X-Box during peek hours.

Which is player to player hosting, so how can you possibly claim playstation had some influence over that, the same people playing the same game on X-Box would actually have a worse connection during the most important hours of the day.

W/E I've never owned a Sony gaming system, and I figure I never will. That's all I'm saying, not coming back to this thread. OH-IO out!!!

Not going to get into it (again)... but yea you can argue all day about connection, but as mentioned earlier I want to be able to play games like Halo, Gears of War, and many other games like that that the playstation does NOT have. I have owned playstations since they came out... I was nervous at first about the switch from PS2 to Xbox, but I did it anyway not ever regretting it. I also got a PS3 when it came out and hated it... Say what you want about it Perma, but I am 100% AGAINST PS3 no matter what you throw out there.

I wasn't debating that the online community and the exclusive games of X-Box weren't better, I don't play Halo, Gears of War, and many other games because I choose quality of system and customer service over small purchased incentives that Microsoft uses to lure in the unknowing customer.

I'm not saying for people to go buy PS3s, I just said that you should have, too bad you guys were all too dumb to think first though.

I apologize for my bitterness but you also have to see it from my perspective as there are 3 pages of post that have already been responded to by one post of mine which clearly predicted all of the BS excuses microsoft has trained you brainwashed people to say, yet all of you failed to read, just like you failed to really do any research before you jumped all over the microsoft bandwagon.

I am sad to see X-Box has won for now, but can't wait for Sony's next upgrade which I'm sure will again blow Microsoft's out of the water, maybe this time people will notice rather than staying brainwashed...

Just keep buying computers with Microsoft programs pre-installed as well, raising your prices about $200 a machine when you could use completely free programs, which are actually better, less virus infected, more frequently updated, and sporting a huge COMMUNITY of people willing to help you with there product rather than a 800 number where you can talk to someone equally as computer illiterate as you.

i had the chance to choose between an Elite or a PS3. ive played both a lot. my cuzin has two ps3's and they r overrated imo. good system and all but i just like the look and feel of the 360 better than the ps3. plus i like that the 360 has better customer support/ updates and gets stuff first more often than ps3. although i prefer the games ps3 has to the 360. (Halo is one of the worst games i have ever played in my life!)

There has literally been 1 game update that has occurred on ANY game on XBOX before PS3 and it was regretted deeply by the gamemaker.

The look and feel? Lol, for less than $3.00 I could make your PS3 look identical to an XBOX, PS3 is extremely customizable (As is the XBOX, but the touchscreen feature would be difficult to duplicate on an XBOX I think).

Did you just say that Microsoft has better customer support than Sony... I'm just going to assume you haven't dealt with either, or had one of the few issues that Microsoft will actually offer you help with. I know for a certain fact, after having not only used both for gaming systems, but for using Sony and Microsoft customer service lines almost daily in my profession, that Microsoft is about 1/10 as effective as tending to customer service needs as Sony.

SUMMARY

There are three critical performance aspects of a console:

* Central Processing Unit (CPU) performance.
-The Xbox 360 CPU architecture has three times the general purpose processing power of the Cell.
* Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) performance
- The Xbox 360 GPU design is more flexible and it has more processing power than the PS3 GPU.
* Memory System Bandwidth
- The memory system bandwidth in Xbox 360 exceeds the PS3's by five times.

1. Xbox is PERFECT the way it is for the most part. For starters, I had gotten a new 80GB PS3 for $399 the 2nd month it after it came out. A year later after I purchased the PS3, I returned it and got an Xbox 360. I now have a 120GB Xbox and paid a total of $199. Yes, the year difference does lower the price, but to get a better box with 1 and 1/2 more GB for $200 less is a steal.

2. Xbox will never be replaced, nor will the PS3 (at least probably within the decade). Instead, they will have "upgrades" that you can purchase to enhance the experience. For example, Sony has the "Eye" and I believe Microsoft has something similar that will allow you to do things like you can on the Wii with motions. And I'm pretty sure not only with the 360's be more accurate, but it'll probably have better games to play with the feature too. So get that amazing PS4 in 5 years that still won't go past 40GB and still have a graphics system behind Xbox.

3. PS2 to PS3 was a major upgrade, but it was just an "upgrade" and it wasn't a jaw-dropper or "new system". Also, you still can't a play a fair some of PS2 games on PS3 and almost any game I wanna play on the PS3 is available for 360. From Xbox to the 360, it was like a completely new system.

But I will give PS3 a win in that your controllers are lighter, however they don't have changeable battery packs, so when your battery is low, you can sit the whole 5 feet away from the PS3 with the cord they give you, while I can go and either A. Change the batteries or B. Sit back about 10-15 feet.

But ya know, maybe if you wanna play Halo sometime, wait nevermind. How about Gears of Wars, wait nevermind again. Hey, you can still watch netflix movies instantly, wait again, nevermind. Well go enjoy that amazing PS3

when i say look and feel im talking about online play. it looks better and feels smoother to me! and as for support yes ive needed help for both systems and sony in my case and in all my friends cases sony has failed misereably compared to microsoft. on mw2 we get our updates weeks in advance to ps3

It is an overwhelming majority! Getcha some $ and buy a fucking XBOX and quit trying to play them in the vidoe stores. if you can't afford high-speed internet, you deserve what you get! Maybe you quit hitting that bong so much you might could afford to play an exclusive console like XBOX in a couple a months!! You and EDB should start eating Ramen Noodles man and get in the game!!!
