Because no one pays attention to it in the tournaments forum and the signups just don't happen... and yes... I did it last season and have actual results of how bad signups were last season by it being put in tournaments forum. It is only here in GLB Main for the preseason then promptly put back into tournaments when either signups are complete or the season starts... which ever comes first...
