For a RG, should Blocking be as high as Strength?

I'm kinda surprised to hear people saying "OT" rather than "LOT/ROT." I thought it was pretty obvious that each side should be built differently.

why? there's no real blind-side in GLB, and as more and more advanced tactics are built into the game, you won't necessarily be seeing most runs going to the right.

would you rather have 40 strength and 20 blocking or 20 strength and 40 blocking?
I think early on strength is more important. Once you level out at 50 or so, I think blocking is more important.

40 str 20 block or 30 str 30 block. Agree that 20 str 40 block would probably be less effective. Has anyone experimented with this?

I guess both str and blocking are needed. but how much is to much for the league you are in and at what time should you start pumping AGI and VIS?

There is never too much for your main attributes, although getting the bases of str/blocking up to the point where it costs 2 would probably be a good time to look at the other important attributes.

Is it a waste of time trying to develop speed, agility and vision for a RG on the pitch play. I'm thinking of just sticking with STR and BLK.
The AI always seems to do the same useless thing.

I think Speed helps to keep up with your HB so you can block on these kinda plays i would assume ..

I think people may wanna shy away from a balanced build.
The LG here has about 60 strength and blocking and he got manhandled on these 3 straight plays

Although youve gotta consider that the DT is pretty beastly
IMO strength is more important for Guards and blocking is more important for Tackles

Well, you can't really draw a general conclusion based on a single game and against a single opponent. My RG is fairly balanced with 60s in both strength and blocking and is one of the better o-lineman in my conference, not that my conference is anywhere as rough as yours is.

I would think getting a guard's agility to 40 and speed to 35 would help immensely in run blocking, especially RG (with at least 30 vision of course).
