I can only guess SoS? They did give Indy their only loss so far.

Record, Streak, Offenses, and Defenses count towards the power ranking. Specific things I can't say as Rayray asked me not to. Let me run the rankings again and double check.

And the power did not move up, they lost points. But other teams lost more.
