I call the shots for the team. And I'd say almost to a man we pretty much feel that team token boosting is worthless. Nobody gives a shit about a season game enough to win w/ something you can't use in the playoffs. The only way we would is if we were scared we weren't gonna make the playoffs. And that doesn't happen to the Monks for some reason. We'll let the skirts and the marginal teams do it and we'll take our losses, even the beatdowns today, like men. So you're basically saying you're a poor coordinator and refuse to leverage the odds in order to win.

Token boosting is not worthless. It wins games, gets you higher seeds, an brings in playoff revenue to afford high level gear for your players. Saying things like "regular season doesn't matter", or "lolseason" is a cop out. It's what people say when they want to justify failing/losing.

PDP certainly token boosted at least a little on us, while also having higher levels. I'm not blaming them, it's part of the game. I would have done it too vs top teams if Saigon had high enough level players to make it an option.

And, well, I hate to break it to you, but the Monks are not at the top of the conference. The Whores and Thai are the only decent teams you've had a chance to play. Unless there are some major upsets, you'll be finishing with 3-4 losses this season.
