I'd say that maybe 5% of the teams gameplan for scrims tbh....I usually change up some of the plays, taking about 5 minutes. Most scrims for most teams are like that w/ very little gameplanning.

I know for a fact teams in Hazy's tourney gameplan hard. I think it probably depends on the tourney involved.

True, and no I dont gameplan unless I make it to the top 16, then amp things up...but during the season it's enough to plan for a game every day. (OC a team on Odd days too.)
