'Sup Hazy? I'd like to toss Porto's hat in the ring for the opportunity to pull your services next season. We have perenially been a pretty good dot ball squad, making the playoffs in each season since our first. That said, we are exactly that- a pretty good squad. I'm trying to make the push for great, and I know that if you should choose us, we'll be one step closer to that goal.

A bit about the team: we've got dedicated coordinators for each area of the team. Our OC is one of the best, imo, and I've worked with him since season two. Our STC was new this season, but came in and helped to straighten around that facet of the game. Our DC is stepping down for RL reasons, and while I can/will fill in... having one of the best to watch for a season might give me a much needed fresh perspective on coordinating. I've not been completely ineffective in the past, but top notch I am not.

We've got a great group of agents, and our player base is pretty solid. We're going through some turnover now, as like many, our season one dots are riding off into the sunset. Our offense is fully recruited and ready to roll. Our defense still has some holes to it, so if you want to help mold our personell to your system there's no better time to do it.

Historical Record:
Canada AAA#1 (9-8) - Canada AA#2 (12-5) - Uncapped #9 (20-0) - Western Europe BBB #2 (14-4)

We promoted 4 consecutive seasons which led to us being underleveled by about 10-15 levels for the last two seasons. Never the less, Octowned (the owner and OC) and myself (co-owner and DC) have managed to not only always make the playoffs, but to keep the team in extremely high spirits and looking forward to the future when we will be even levels and flourishing. That is this season.

The group formed based on three similarities. The owner and many of our agents are elite gamers from http://www.the-elite.net/, which is a website devoted to breaking gaming world records. As you can guess, many of them are nerds, which is probably what spawned our excellent build discussions. A few our agents are/were professional poker players from twoplustwo.com. Lastly, we have the "drinkers." These are the guys who keep the forums fun for those who don't like to indulge in our build theory discussions.

Recruiting:
Because most of us come from other websites and our forums are truly active and fun, our rate of having players re-sign with us is about 90%. For example even though we went 9-8 last season, we resigned all but 2 players on our roster who were not retiring or entering decline. We have the entire 54 man roster signed/committed for next season except for possibly a guard or a special teamer/mentor type player.

If we already have an OC and DC, what do we want from you?
We want your knowledge of the game and the respect that having you as a coordinator brings. Everyone knows you. Everyone respects you. Between what you've done with taking over as WW's owner or the coordinating you've done for the Navigators, you've built up a stellar reputation. (In fact, tbh, before i even knew you coordinated for LN I was stealing your blitz schemes.)

Your WL/Pro experience, combined with Octowned and myself recently getting Full-time jobs, means that our team would be better off with you at the helm on offense or defense.

You can choose to take over as OC or DC and Octowned or myself would love to be your assistant. We will scout for you, we will still be super active in the forums giving build advice, handling equipment/finances, and help setting up ST and the depth chart. We will still continue recruiting and doing everything else, so you can focus on coordinating.

I really think this could be the start of something great. We will make pro next season. I am really confident that our players are built that much better than the rest of our league. On the other hand, once we get to Pro, I know the transition to WL is very very difficult and we want to get there. I know that is where you can really really help us out. I think if you OC/DC for us for one season, you won't leave again.

If you are interested, we will gladly give forum access and give you access to all our builds.

This is the most fun team I've ever been a part of, regardless of the fact that it's with people I know from outside of GLB. Plenty of others agree, we have agents who want to bring more players over to the team every season.

Our team forum is about 10x more active than any other I've seen (real activity, not spam/posting wars/etc) and has a great mix of GLB knowledge/discussion and off-topic banter.

Our builds also are top-notch, but like daman said, a lot of us aren't able to put in the time it would take to get us from Pro to WL, even if our builds will be WL quality. If you'd like we can give you forum access or make you a GM so you can get more info on our team. You won't be disappointed!

Oh damn Hazy, I'm glad I saw this.

Marblehead Longhorns would love you to OC. In fact, I cannot think of anything better to ever happen on GLB than for you to come and OC for us haha.

I have held down both the OC and DC duties for the Mist for about 10 seasons now. We have climbed the ranks in USA over that time and have been one of the more dominant AA/AAA teams over the past two seasons. I am working two jobs now and could use some relief from planning for both sides of the ball. That is what I get out of the deal.

What you get are some of the most dedicated agents around who have worked with me over the seasons to adjust their builds and work toward the final goal of ascending the ladder to the World League. You also get a chance to work with one of the hottest teams in the game right now (28-1 over the past two seasons). I would prefer you to come on as a DC, but can leave that up to you if you wish (I am pretty good on both sides of the ball).

If you would like to discuss further details via PM, I am more than open to that. I can ask Valhalla to get you GM privileges, as well, so you can check out our builds (and my AI).

I have had the team for 4 full seasons, and have made the playoffs in each. This last season we lost in the conference championship game. I'm looking for a solid OC and someone to learn from in that department. That way I can cover it in later seasons myself.

I have run the defense myself up to this point, and I DC for multiple teams, including the Sydney Jelleybirds in OPL and Team Perkis in WEPL. We have a great group of agents, most of which have resigned for next season. What we really need is some solid coordination on both sides of the ball in order to get us that elusive championship. I know obviously with all the attention you'll be getting, this is a bit of a long shot, but what the heck eh?

ok, I've gone through the teams that have signed up and have narrowed it down. I wanted to at least give a few words to the teams that I am not going to be contacting, especially since some of them are teams/owners/agents that I respect very much. Ideally, I am looking for a situation to help a team that needs the help more than an established team that say went 15-1 the previous season or only gave up 12 points a game on defense and are looking for a DC. As such, I eliminated those types of teams from contention. Also, as much as I love some of the teams on the list, I am still a very active member of a USAPL team (owner of the Wolfpack) and WL team (I will have four players on Lincoln next season) and do not want to take on a coordinating role in one of those two leagues.

I haven't sent the pm's out yet but will be doing so within the next hour. Thanks for every one's interest and I'm sure I'll do this again in the future. Maybe I should pull a TSE and put it up on Ebay lol.

We would love to bring you on board as the DC for our first season in the Pros. We barely lost in the WEAAA1 championship game (21-16) against a team that outleveled us by an average of 67 to 60. A good chunk of our main core is made up of season 5 players so there's a ton of untapped potential on a AAA conference championship team moving up to WEPL.

I'd like to give you GM access so you can actually check out our builds before you decide on a team.

I will be taking over ownership of the Farmers this season (better then GP in all fairness....though he is more enjoyable to make fun of). I dont know that the farmers builds are as good as the Prophecy, but they are close. I think you will find this group to be incredibly receptive to your scheme and coaching.
