Stop acting like your player is supposed to be great right from the day you created them on. That's why you BUILD players not just create them. No one is "great" right off the bat, ESPECIALLY QBs. As I said before, the only difference between a Pee Wee team and a D-League team is the Pee Wee team is human owned. Other than that, it's no different. Pee Wees aren't meant to be more than that.
