TSE, if by chance you are correct in this situation, isn't your actions actually a sign of weakness? You appear to be giving your "opposition" control over you. I think it takes more strength and integrity to just state your case and move on and not let folks bend your outlook and attitude. If you are being troled or attacked, your reaction is giving them just what they hope to accomplish.

I am not taking side by any means. The bigger man would diffuse the situation. IMO.

Indeed, but the rules of the Internet are different than they are in real life. You don't have the same dynamics in place of being able to carry yourself as "the bigger man" so to speak by just letting people like that look foolish when it is obvious to everybody around them what types of people they are. The lack of audio and visual cues really creates a completely different situation, and people can easily be manipulated. To not say anything and just let a guy call you a liar could be construed as being caught red handed, and that doesn't carry over well either. It's a lose-lose situation, because to say nothing would just allow others to buy into the negative hype, and to argue about it isn't the PC way either.

If it were up to me we wouldn't have to be having this discussion because it's a disgusting conversation to have. That's why you would NEVER EVER see a guy like me falsely accuse somebody of something and call them a liar when I don't have any way of knowing that. I would never put somebody in that position in the first place, because I conduct myself in a highly respectable fashion. The only time you ever see junk from me is when others have already made the choice to dumb their shit on me, and at that point I'm just trying my best to get a breath of fresh hair in climbing out of their stink.

I'm glad that you at least appreciate my perspective in trying to help you. All I know is there is this group, they do exist, and the most certainly do like to screw with people they don't like. It just sounded like a very plausible group that could be responsible for your problem IF you were on the hitlist. That would be a might coincidence, considering from what I've been told there is only a small handful of people on the list, so if you happen to be on it and then had this stunt pulled on you, then you have a good direction as to how to seek justice. If you are not on the list, then obviously no connection can be made.

And of course I'm correct in this situation. I have no reason to lie and in fact, AFTER I already replied to Mat's posts, he started sputtering about having some prior PMs from me, which doesn't even make any sense, cause I've definitely PMd him multiple times telling him how I have rec'd several messages and a variety of messages from some people that have PMd me insults over the last few months citing their involvement with the Addicts and this Hitlist. He already knows my position on this and saw some sample PM proof from me on a portion of the messages that I did have saved at the time. So there's no way he should be mistaken about this issue existing. It's undeniably true and something that has gone on in the past on MULTIPLE occasions. I'm not crazy or a liar, I'm just telling you what happened to me FIRST HAND.
