My brother just renewed his season tix for a 5th straight season. We're hoping that one day our loyalty will be rewarded with a .500 season.

Actually, my bro just got 20-1 odds on a bet that the Raiders will make the playoffs this season. I think he probably lost his $20, but if the Chargers have another meltdown, who knows? Somebody has to win that division... and the Chiefs and Broncos are pretty lousy too.

Raiders will be much improved. I am hoping so at least. I mean we really can't get much worse . I travel to see them every year. Lucky for me this year they will be in my own backyard.

when i lived in reno it was just a two hour drive, A's games are cheap as fuck too. Now that i am in vegas i'l probably take that trip to san diego. 5 hours

holy shit...20-1 odds? i would throw 1000 on that. i mean...come on...thats 20-1 odds on likely at worst the second best team in that division.

on an even more funny side...i seen a bet on bodog that had over under 5 1/2 wins for the Raiders this season. Sad thing is you can only throw $300 on it...not a really great payout either...not worth it to me.

The guy capped the bet at $20... but still, he's due $400 if the Raiders have a miraculous season.

went to Rickey's retirement ceremony, it was awesome. But the owner of the A's just has his head completely up his ass. 3rd deck has been closed for the last 3 or 4 seasons. They go from 50,000+ sell outs, to 35,000 sell out. So laim!

That being said i used to buy 3rd deck seats half price with my AAA card, 4 dollar tickets...i miss em!
