Would've been nice if the three remaining WPL teams could've made it to the World League.

Quick question (sorry if it's been answered, I've really not been paying attention)

Can Cinci, MEM, OTR and HHW refuse to go and stay in USA Pro?
Not saying those teams would (or should) do it.

Just curious. It would kinda invalidate the WPL.
