Yes. I think that would give a nice goal for some of the season 1 guys to shoot for.

pretty silly poll though... the teams that earned their way in will want to do it, the teams that don't feel like losing some of the recruiting luster of USA Pro won't want it. There's also a few that have been extra vocal about things, and oddly enough, found their voices after 2 pm est yesterday...

While I disagree that all the owners here are answering in selfish terms (hell cincy's owner voted no) I agree that the results of this poll alone won't hold much water.
I guess its time for me to make some stops in some other Pro league forums eh?

Maybe Bort should've made an announcement with specifics laid out a long fucking time ago. It's ridiculous something like this is just gonna be done during the offseason with us not knowing the specifics. Bort should really have these things figured out and explained to use a season or two before they happen. I still can't believe Bort didn't even know how decline was gonna work until a week ago and he still doesn't know how retirement and coaching is going to work.
