I think SDL is a solid team that should have a better record than we do for sure. Whatever reasons we haven't won, I am not gonna make excuses, but we are solid. We just keep plugging away and will salvage whatever positives we can from this season.

Washington Wolfpack will get our best effort in the PWT. I thank Islander for the kind words. If you want to look at it in another light, our success in the PWT is really a testament to the power of USPL

Good or bad, one thing you never hear from us is excuses about why we are losing, we suck it up and try to fix it. Yea, some shit talking occured last year. Did it ever come from any posts I personally made or has it ever? I do not jump on teams when they are down because in dotball as far as USAPL goes things can turn on a dime.

As far as records symbolizing rafts or boats, does it really matter in what order you lose the games if you end up with similar records? Results are what matters and it is clearly evident, our results this year prove we are not one of the top teams in season 10. Anyone who has been in leagues with the Lightning should know we will find a way to improve and come out with our best effort.

Things change from season to season and it is hard to predict what the next 2 or 3 will bring other than a rotation of players who have hit their peak and who can recruit the best to stave off the eventual decline from a failure to do so.

being all honest here, the shit talking was and always is on GLB, all in good natured fun to create some razzmatazz. see you guys next season, and good luck the rest of the season.

Admittedly I wasn't with Lincoln last season, but seeing the crap that BP said to them I can't really blame them for not having the best impression in the world of SDL. That dude went way beyond trash talking and was pretty f'n clueless to boot...

well thats always clear and the shit talk from me or anyone else is likely the same thing...usually about 10 beers deep worth of it...

that being said...if someone wants to defend their actions from last season...ill have none of it...what was said was said...theres no going back on it..we take the shit you take the shit...easy as that...maybe you guys are paying for cocky sons of bitches that were part of your team at the time...i dont know...i just remember some crazy shit talk (and im going to be the first to say it wasnt just BP, it was a collection of guys) going on between us and Spicewood after that game last season full of like 9 or so punt/kick returns and when i came to lincoln they had felt the same way after some shit posted preseason and i seen some crazy stuff over here...so that is what came out of it...gl the rest of way SDL...just dont sit here and cry when the shit gets spread back upon you...we all get there...

I'm not sure if you are talking about me, but I've been in the forums less because of personal issues not because we're losing. I don't think SDL had any problems with the Spicewood guys. Both teams had a lot of Longhorns agents that new each other. I don't recall anything with Lincoln either (but maybe I just wasn't involved in that one).

There was some smack talk with MEM, but there were quite a few agents that new each other and for most part it was just smack talk. I don't think there were too many hurt feelings in the PMs being sent.

Some NAN, Compton, and Roughneck guys might not like me personally but I don't think they had a problem with SDL as a whole.

Me talking crap to Lincoln, during Recruiting, has absolutely nothing to do with the SDL. Beyond just occasionally talking to Jaxx or Moondog via PM I have no association with SDL currently and have not since the day after our playoff loss last year.

As far as being out of line, or clueless....I had my opinions during the offseason and have admitted that I either underestimated you guys this season or overestimated the competition (I think everybody overestimated WSI).

My opinions that I held, or still do hold about ANYTHING aren't a reflection on Jaxx or the SDL.

No I didn't think you guys would make the playoffs this season..you are currently in 4th place and face 5 playoff teams in a row. It's not like you guys are undefeated and are going to win Pro, from what I can tell your big accomplishment this season has been beating MEM, cuz that's the only playoff team you have beaten so far.

There were some smack talkers on SDL last year and no, in recruiting I think that some FA's made a mistake by going to Lincoln because I still believe you have ZERO chance of winning a championship there..and you can book that right now.

That has nothing to do with anything besides BP's opinion...and I'm not affiliated with any team in US Pro this season. Send your hatemail my way if you must.

Not true, at all. Anyone who's been watching games at all can tell you Lincoln can win it all this season.

I'm not going to argue my personal opinion..I don't think Lincoln is going to win it, I don't think they can TBH...and that's what I think and I'm not going to debate that.

Just leave my name out of the "Why I'm talking Shit to SD" stuff....whatever I said to or about Lincoln was after my association with them ended.

Not sure what doesnt qualify us as a team that could very well come out of the West. Obviously someone isnt watching the games and still playing off last season.
