In all honesty, the 55-man roster limit will help even the playing field between the different leagues. The days of hoarding the highest level players as backups on a USA Pro team are nearly over. APL has been slowly improving, SEA Pro is slowly recovering and the Euro leagues are a little better than previous seasons. I don't forsee USA falling out of the #1 league position, but the gap between USA/Canada and the rest of the leagues is shrinking.
