It's a little complicated looking for an OC to replace me in a high profile job such as this. Or maybe I'm so out of the recruiting game that I'm clueless. Entirely possible

We cherry picked a few above average guys from the market place in areas that we needed. I will say it was much easier recruiting this off-season than it ever had been.

Right now the Hedgehogs are trying to Ink a LVL 41 WR. I think we're at least top 3....

Ppl want to play for us and we can afford more and higher lvled players, because we're able to charge more for tickets. It's the teams that play in AAA, AA, A & BBB that get screwed. Unless you're friends with the agent that has a good, high lvled build, or the agent is a stat hound (which you don't want anyway), GL getting someone that's both a fair high lvl and has a good build.

bingo. We have been there hundereds of times. It seems like we were always on everyones top lists, but on tht list of 5 it would be Naturals A#4, Ufa Panthers, Dryden Blues, Lincoln, WSI. It sucks, but in the next few seasons the game is going to get interesting, there wont be 50+ in Pro at every spot, some teams have level 38-40 starting in some spots, its going to come down to role players and every player not gonna be able to be a superstar.

I'm not saying you're wrong, Dolphan, but why is it that you believe some teams will have lvl 38-40s? Personally, I doubt that, but I'm very interested in why you believe that.

look at the FA market. Its slowing down, by around season 13 there wont be as many high level players as there is now. Not at every position maybe have a few starters. Maybe it wont be because this is USA Pro, but in other conferences, USA AAA, and other places we are going to start seeing a lack of high level guys. Alot of people are stopping making players, retiring them for flex, and slowing down because of the economy. I may be wrong, but that is the way its looking now imo

plus we play in the same league as MEM lol.

Lol, thx for the big compliment buddy.

I just figure if a defender allows a TD to a LVL 41 WR, they'll probably quit GLB. There's no better way to hurt teams in the regular season than to make all their CB's go inactive.

For the most part. I'm still gonna try to get 3 or 4 more centers to hopefully have 6 for opening day, but besides that we're looking pretty good.
