they are among 6 teams that can possibly be promoted. Others are RiverCity, B-Town, Springfield, Summit, and Graested. 3-4 of them will be the ones. Other possibility is AK-SAR-BEN

Avengers came in 3rd last season in the West, and they got moved up. Its different based on how many teams get sold.
They used to take the top 2, but now with newly bought teams going to the bottom.
