My PD count increased by 10 from last season, had 15 points in Long Reach...it's a career high

I had 10 in LR and did not see any increase from what I would have gotten before having LR.

LR is better when you have a very low percentage chance to get a PD. As your base chance to PD increases, the % bonus to your PD chance from LR diminishes.
3rd Down Stopper is mathematically superior, but of course it is only in effect on 3rd and 4th down.... but those are likely passing downs.

I disagree. If you already have your attributes where they need to be, Long Reach is the way to go.

lol, ur not the only one with vet points
u may have your attributes "where they need to be" naturally but va's change all of that .. for ALL PLAYERS
cb's get 2 pd/int rolls as it is, why not focus on passing one of them? if not both ...
long reach gives u a CHANCE at 3rd roll, but if ur facing a wr/qb duo that have a boosted attribute they will have the advantage over you and you will just end up failing as many rolls as u get, be it 5, 10 , 15 20 ... if your not in position no amount of re rolls will change that

Potentially, it would give you a chance for four rolls.

Yeah, that's super. I read it the first time.
But if your CB can keep up with the WR already, why not add VAs that will actually help?

u really are a lost peon
i'll explain slowly for u ...
example : 2 level 40 players, one wr and one cb
both with the same attributes 60 speed, 60 agility(as of now the cb ca keep up with the wr)
the cb adds long reach to the max, the wr adds speedster to the max
now even though their natural builds are the same, bc of where the vxp was put, the wr now has a
approx. +9 boost in speed ALL the time and now ur cb is at a disadvantage
so even though u MAY get a reroll(75% CHANCE at best), maybe even two, how will the cb pass any of them if the wr is too fast for the cb to keep up with in the first place?

Trust me, I understand what you're saying. You obviously don't understand me.
My point is this:
Lets say my CB has 90 speed and 70 agility. The WRs I'm facing have on average 80 speed and 60 agility. Why bother adding points that increase speed or agility when it's not going to net you any signifcant additional results?
Even as it is, WRs with greater speed than CBs are mostly a non-issue. There's very few times where they go on long, straight streak routes where they might have a conceivable chance of beating you out. Generally speaking, CBs can cover WRs well even if they have less speed.

thats hypothetically speaking tho, im 100% sure ur cb wont be faster than all the wideouts he faces ... at 80/60 not even most

the difference is that in your example u ASSUME the cb is faster, more agile than the wr to begin with
in mine i start both players at the SAME level and show how easily it can change with vxp
