Yes, but every team played those same blowout games, so every CB had a chance to do the same thing. Also, keep in mind different coverage styles may have been used in those games, which would alter the number of PDs.
The league leader had 9 in a blow out game and had 1 in a loss. Does that make him not the league leader?
Besides, this wasn't about saying "omg my CB owns your CB," this is about showing that a high vision CB had success in a highly competitive league.
