I was thinking you want about 50+ strength/ tackling, 60+ agility/ vision, 30+ jumping/ catching/ confidence, 40+ stamina with 60+ base speed (and all equipment pumped into speed, speed being the #1 thing you work on).
Seems like most of the SAs are useless outside of swat ball, diving tackle, shed block and defense general for a mlb.
