Well it was a great game but the ending was probably the most shocking part of all. I was just hoping he'd break to the outside and get us a shot at a FG before going into OT.

Yeah. Season 2 when you guys beat Windsor and Golden State beat us in the Conference Championship's. Good times. We have added new members since then including a few from the Iowa City Pariah's.

Guys my predicition was in no way meant to disrespect you. Your a solid team NO DOUBT, but your New and HHW has been a beast for a long time. Hell 10 of their 16 regular season games last year they won by 28+. When I picked them to win by 31 today it was based on their history and your lack of a USA PRO track record. You got beat by both Vegas' in scrims and lost to the Fire ( all be it in a close one). Your win was against a CPU team. I don't fully get how after this showing and considering the fact that you were playing the 3rd best team last season in USA PRO, how you could consider my prediction being an insult.

Understandable. Although in those 2 preseason scrimmages, we didn't punt even once.

Um, maybe you don't realize this but there were 6 teams in the USA Pro West that were considered for that list. Only 4 made it on, but if you count Parma that is 5 teams that actually made it on in front of you, so just settle down for a while.

Considering HHW took apart everyone but the Marauders and MEM last season--and "maybe OKC), why do you all get so defensive? (Yes, they still took apart South Bay even though their offense didn't do it).

Basically, you have the respect now, why take so much offense to saying you didn't have it yet before the HHW game?

I thought it was a big gap but took no offense to it. It is hard to rate teams you have never played and are new to a league. I'm just glad someone takes the time to do this stuff. Makes the game that much more entertaining.

I know everyone says it but we were clearly testing stuff in the preseason. I didn't consider your prediction as an insult. Some of the guys (myself included to some extent) are just disappointed that some folks are acting like we haven't done shit except show up in USA Pro this season with our tails tucked between our legs.

The prediction thread is entertaining and I'll admit I was pretty concerned since you've been pretty damn close on every game this season. If you look at our track record beyond the trophies, we've been really successful at each level. Obviously USA Pro West is a whole different world of hurt. We're enjoying the challenge of being here and we're looking forward to our next game against Monmouth.

No offense taken. In fact, I'm not even sure where you gathered that I need to 'settle down for a while'. Some of the guys were pissed about the lack of respect -- frankly I don't care until peer respect is factored into the dot success formula.

All that said, when the schedule was released and we had a gutted Doomsday to start the season I chuckled until I noticed Doomsday was followed by SF, HHW, and MEM. At that point, I was worried the fans might start asking for refunds on their tickets.

My thoughts as well. We're obviously pretty pumped about winning this game. It shows that we can hang with the big dogs up in hurr.

And to all of those who said my RB wasn't good enough to play pro last season: you can GFY, douchebags.
