Yeah, at least you've got one assured win there.

I demand a league inquiry into how we wound up here. We carefully lost our last game to Edinburgh to ensure this eventuality wouldn't occur. What the hell business do we have being here? None. That's what.

I guess Bachus wins the 'Promoted player who doesn't both to think before reacting award." for Season 6 offseason then.

I looked at your history and I saw your scrimmage win against Black Watch, in Season 5.

Doesnt mean much heading into Season 7 in WEPL though.

Rippers however played Black Watch pretty close in the middle of Season 6, which means a little something heading into Season 7.

I'm thinking of demanding a recount.

Either that or we all proclaim we'd have won it all, but want the challenge of rising from the bottom again, gut the team, and move to Wicklow.

You can ask anyone who started in WEA5 in season 3 up through WEAAA2 this past season, I never think before posting. CoachF in particular is a fan of my posts. Granted a scrimmage in season 5 is not as important as a scrimmage in season 6, but there seems to be a bit of fanfare in honoring the "WEPL History".....hell you even made the thread a sticky. Seems kind of hypocritical if you ask me, but then again.....you never asked my opinion.

How's the carpeting holding up? Good, yeah? Listen, could you do a number on the Berlin Ballers again, please? They seem to think they are invincible and can walk into WEPL and just win it first go.

The mistake everyone seems to have made is keeping Samuelsson's sack numbers down. You have to let him maul your quarterback to have a chance of beating Berlin.

I hear the honey smearing trick on a stick, with the QB's helmet, works great as a decoy. Well at least for a time, because then he uses the stick to spit the QB afterwards. While he's distracted, that's when the moves must be made. Where those moves go is down to how distracted that QB really is...

London Rippers Vs Dresden Dragons.

Rippers (Zeta) have had some good scrimmage results, notably keeping pace with Black Watch.
Will need to overcome a prtty big level gap in WEPL each week, but it has been done before (Ballers anyone?)

Dresden (Alpha) are a bit of a unknown, their regular season was respectable, but there were 9 really bad teams in there conference and they still lost 3 games, which is a worry.

They turned it on in style in the Playoffs though, and earned their WEPL spot.
Look to have a slight level disadvantage, but judgement is reserved for now.

Thanks Mike.....so if I understand correctly you use how a team does in a scrimmage against Black Watch as an indication of success in getting promoted? "Keeping pace with Black Watch" is nice, but how about beating them...you need to take a look at Dresden's season 5 scrimmages maybe if we are unknown.

lol dont compare us to your team or any team.....we had over like 5 turnovers and still hung with them.....it was a fluke and our game to win....

Don't try and down play us bro...you are stepping on glass when you do that

Question good sir, when did I try to "down play" you???? Not one word that way. You beat us fair and square. I am questioning mister Roger's logic to analyze a team on scrimmages with current WEPL teams. Turnovers are a part of any game and anyone can win or lose on a given day because to them. I am sorry it was a "fluke" and the sim gods didn't like you that day. Get over it. We have never made one "excuse" to losing to London, but obviously you feel the need to make them about losing to the Black Watch. Grow some balls and grow up.

Haha! I had a brilliant dream that we'd miraculously been promoted to the WEPL.

And when I woke up my pillow was gone.
