I wonder why *rollseyes*

There is no "future QB/RB/FB/WR" or whatever. Bort will fix this if it becomes an issue, it's that easy. He's done it every season with all the other positions. Then you can retire him because he will be completely useless.

W T F is up with the haters?

Have you actually bothered to look at the team?

It's almost entirely QBs, just a place for them to get max XP so they play all over on offense and defense. That's why we lose every game. My QB has no blocking or targets to throw to, so despite rushing for 310 yards an 8.2 avg and 3 TDs we'll still lose.

I love haters.

You lose effectivness. And besides he still has like 50 passing, better then most RBs. .

...Why do you have QBs lined up as WR? Couldn't find anyone who wanted to be a blocking WR?

Will this be easy to scout? If you don't have a decent throwing game to back this up, people will simply do power HB spy and elusive QB spy on you and shut your game down.

However, if it is easily possible to switch between a play designed around a scrambling QB and a pocket QB, then the offense is at a serious advantage if they employ both types of QBs. If they do design a customized playbook for the offense to include passing and rushing QBs, then they are going to need to allow custom defensive playbooks to counter that.

For example, if the defensive team sees that the rushing QB is coming on to the field, they would substitute their anti-rushing QB playbook and players. You would need to run a very different AI against this lineup.

If you scout this offense and see that they have a Rushing QB, Elusive HB, and Power FB, you would need to have the following in to stop it:

FS and SS to play man coverage or soft zone coverage on the WRs.
Speed LB #1 to man cover the QB.
Speed LB #2 to man cover the HB.
Power Tackler LB #1 to man cover the FB.

Rush ends to cover set to contain the outside or rush to the inside.

Hmmm, sure looks great right now. I'll be really interested to see how he performs next season in AAA. This could easily become the next big trend in GLB. I wonder, if he's just as effective next season, if Bort will somehow "nerf" the rushing QBs, or if people will actually have to start building defenses to counter this...

It's gonna cost though to stay effective, since a QB needs to boost to even be wanted

He will be, I'll be boosting him at the end of the season. I currently have 69 players (although I'll be retiring a lot of them at the end of the season), so boosting won't be a problem for me.

I know, I originally intended him to be a rusher who could occasionally throw screens and stuff, but looking back I wish I hadn't wasted the SP and training on it.
