Yes, that is what I am doing, comparing a game of dots moving around a screen to the real thing...The morale to the story is that the game needs to be played before the outcome is decided. I'm a moron, yet you need a basic concept explained to you? Newsflash, if you haven't figured it out, I am a Patriots fan and TP is Steelers fan...If you had any clue at all about football, you would know that 99% of all NFL and College Coaches are stealing signs every game to gain an edge. How about baseball and men on base trying to steal signs from the catcher? I could get into a long debate on this but as you seem to be challenged to some degree, I will not.

Yep, just about every team trys to find a competitive edge either legally or illegally. But the Patriots were stupid enough to get caught. They deserved to be punished and they did. If you try and refute that then you're a homer of the highest degree.

Thanks for the update Bueno, Yes, they were arrogant enough to keep doing it and getting caught, Mangina is what he is for being a rat but the fact remains that the right now the Patriots are the best franchise in the NFL...

While, I hate to do this, I agree with rjssob. The Pats led by BB are one of the best run franchises in the game. Take away the Giants recent sucess and they are #1 by far.

BTW, I prefer Mangidiot to Mangina.

I think the Colts have had a good run, and if they reload they can continue to be successful without cheating. 19*1.

Yes, the Pats are the team of the 2000's. The only thing that pisses me off more then their arrogant coach though is some of the NE fans are so freaking cocky it's not even funny. Ofcourse every fan base has those fans, but since the resurgence of the Pats it seems all the bandwagon fans for the patriots really come out in full force.

I can tell you I am neither cocky or bandwagon, but I have to laugh at the post above referencing 19-1. Since when is going undefeated through the regular season and the only blemish a hard fought loss in the Superbowl a bad thing. Giants beat them outright, but to find a flaw in that season is just moronic.

I think for the most part, teams think that if they don't win the ship it isn't a successful season. That's what I hear from players anyways

The flaw in that season is that they lost the Super Bowl.

I doubt most players would find a successful season in that

Okay, apologies, they are an embarassment to all of football for only going 19-1 last season, very unsuccessful. What is more upsetting is that they are only 7-4 after losing the best player in the NFL, Tom Brady. Oh yeah, and they lost Maroney, Harrison, Thomas and a host of others and can only muster up 7 wins while other teams lose one player and their season is lost.

Brady is not the best player in the NFL. One of, certainly, but not THE best.

I'd take Peyton Manning over Brady.
