The two level 10s listed in the thread, I believe it's fair to say have been surpassed by a decent amount.

What's lacking in str/blk for the second is made up for in agility and vision. Though I do believe all three builds did well in capping str/blk asap and therefor are on par in that manner, the "super slow build" benefit is obvious in the extra trains throughout the latter build.
