What is the point of getting equipment if you are lvl 32+? Nothing is ever better than +5 speed or agility or whatever. Have they changed it so special equiptment gets a new slot, or do you still have to replace a current piece?

If a piece of advanced equipment starts off with +1 to an attribute and +1 to a SA, once you upgrade it to the equivalent to your level 32 piece, it can have +6 to an attribute and will have +3 to the SA. Just wear your current equipment until you've upgraded the advanced enough for it to be more useful than your regular.

If you call improving your player a waste of money, then I suppose so. Looking at your TE's team, though, money doesn't seem to be much of a problem.

I am saying isn't it a waste for a veteran like me who has already invested tons of money into equipment? I am serious, I have no clue how this advanced stuff works. All I read when we first got it was that it was a waste for high level players, I don't know if it's still true though.

Older players (pretty much anyone level 25-30 and up) should still get one piece of advanced equipment. It's very much worth it.

Newer players have the opportunity to get enough bonus tokens to be able to effectively upgrade 2 pieces of advanced equipment. Albeit, keep to one first until you can upgrade it sufficiently and then move on to finding another.

My TE is currently wearing a piece of EQ that gives me +4 Speed and +2 Stiff Arm SA. This is after 2 upgrades.

Maybe it's so high because the fake chance is much better than people think it is. +5 chance at anything cost more than any SA that I've seen.

I got a piece that gives +2 Agility and +1 Route Running.

Is the equiptment better the high level you are? Like for instance, will I get better options for my lvl 39 TE than I will for my lvl 24 DE? Or is everything random and a lvl 1 player can get +3 speed if he happens to roll it?

It's all level appropriate.

Superior Yellow Cleats
+1 blocking
+1 Foundation SA

Debating whether I should get this for my level 15 blocking TE. I'm not sure if Foundation is really worth it for a TE since most blocking is on running plays.

I'm not sure. For my level 35 CB, I keep getting entry level items. Wonder if Bort is deliberately discouraging higher level characters from using advanced equipment.

Well, I mean the best thing you can get is level appropriate.
Otherwise you get massive loads of crap regardless of level or position.
