1) Bayou Bandits: Undefeated after facing 3 top tier teams. The next three games should be downhill, but there's always potential for a sleeper upset.

2) Huntsville Rockets: I'd say it's a toss-up between them and Bayou at this point for #1 and #2. With one loss to a team Bayou beat, I've got to put them #2 for now. Huntsville is probably going to need to beat the Bandits since they drew a tough out of conference opponent which could beat them, and the Bandits drew a second tier team.

3) Florida BeachDogZ - I'm not trying to slag an undefeated team, but I'm hesitant to rank them any higher until they play some top tier competition.

4) Orlando Soul: Held up against the Bandits better than Cleveland or Maryland. I'd put you at #3, but my LB only got 1 tackle in that game. I don't appreciate being schemed against. :-)

5) Maryland Predators: Have looked good against some legit teams, but that big loss to Bayou is holding them down. This is possibly a top 4 team at the end of the season.

On the Fence (in no particular order):

Reno Knights: I would like to rank them higher, but that week one loss to Maryland makes me second guess doing so.

Rochester Dragons: Got doubled up by Florida. We'll have to see how they recover down the stretch.

Cleveland Dawg Pound: This is a legit playoff team, but I don't think they're home game material this season.

Potential playoff teams:

Battle Creek Bombers: These guys have a wicked 4 game stretch coming up that should let us know where they stand. Unfortunately, I don't think they come out of it better than 2-2.

Hartford Hustlers: Lost to an unboosted Orlando team. If these guys want to make the playoffs, they're going to have to pick it up.

All comments are welcome. REP YOUR TEAM!

Battle Field is good, we only won by 1, gg Bombers. I think Reno should do well this season,(but being new to the league I have no clue) I do think my team has the potential to have a first round home game, and win.
What does everybody think?

We gave you a run but just couldn't put together a late game stop or punch a couple in from inside your territory. Good game to you.

Updated after game 11:

* means mathematically in the playoffs already
(I'm not going to sit down and actually compare schedules to see who is really already in, but if the #7 and #8 teams were to win out, they would be 10-6, so as of right now 10 wins does it.)

1) * Bayou Bandits (10-1): If the Bandits can get the W over Reno, they should be able to cruise into the playoffs as the #1 seed. For the first time since their inception they drew an easy out of conference opponent, and that should give them a leg up on other contenders who might be looking to shoot to #1.

2) Rochester Dragons (9-2): I know this will be a surprise to some of you, but I like Rochester at #2. These guys have put together an IMPRESSIVE winning streak that includes a victory over the #1 Bandits. They play the #3 Predators this week. Earn your spot guys!

3) * Maryland Predators (10-1: I think this organization is on the down slope. I also think they drop one this week to Rochester, and I'm damn near certain Huntsville can put them down.

4) Reno Knights (9-2): Two close losses to top tier teams put these guys at #4. They don't have the most talent in the conference, but they're well coached, and they play when it matters. I think they lose to the Bandits in game 12, but after that it's a clear road to the playoffs and a home game.

5) Orlando Soul (8-3): Three losses to top competition put these guys at #5. I don't think they can sneak into the home game picture, but the rest of the road looks pretty smooth.

6) Huntsville Rockets (8-3): Lost to the Soul and the Knights by a combined 2 points. I think these guys win the rest of their inner conference games, but they unfortunately drew the toughest team in the league for their outer conference game.

7) Cleveland Dawg Pound (7-4): I put these guys at #7 over the BeachDogZ because their losses have been closer. They have a tough remaining schedule, and they're going to have to bring their lunch to stay in the playoff picture.

8) Florida BeachDogZ (7-4): Got blown out by a few teams earlier in the season, and that puts these guys at #8. Their remaining schedule is BRUTAL, and it is conceivable that if Hartford can put together an upset over Maryland, the BeachDogZ could be watching the playoffs from their couches.

Not out of it yet:

Hartford Hustlers (5-6): If these guys can win out the rest of the season, including an upset over Maryland, and if the BeachDogZ drop their last 4, and I think they will, then Hartford could sneak into the playoffs to get crushed by Bayou in the first round. However, there are a lot of "if"s in the sentence, two to be exact, and I'm not sure if it's feasible. By the way, I'm not trying to slag these guys by saying Bayou would crush them, but come on... Besides, who doesn't like a little trash talking rivalry?

lol We'll try to earn it. Man, we've got a BRUTAL end of season schedule. Other than one Cupcake we've got 3 playoff teams and one of the best from the other conference.

Good work as always, thanks for taking the time for it!

I also wanna point out that these are week to week rankings. More like the BCS that the NCAA uses. This isn't actually the order I think teams really stack up.

Hey, hey, hey! lol, if we could get an OFFENSIVE GP (hope a certain somebody is reading), then maybe we could start putting up poinst on the elite teams. If we could even just get a little rest on D, we have the talent to stop just about everybody. We may not be high in levels (most agents don't boost), but we all have really good builds. We're kinda like the Chicago Bears over here, except we tire far easier (their starters are in ALL game).

Updated after game 11:

* - Mathematically in

As far as I'm concerned this is the playoff picture in the East. Some teams may move up or down a spot, but I think these 8 are it.

1) * Bayou Bandits (11-1): Blew the Knights out of the water. Reno didn't score until 5:28 left in the game. Barring some sort of stadium collapse, Bayou should cruise to the end of the season 15-1. As of right now, everyone else is playing for the second seed.

2) * Rochester Dragons (10-2): As always, I was correct in my upset pick. Rochester is legit now, and I think the win over Maryland put the rest of the league on notice. They've still got to beat Cleveland and the ever dangerous Soul, but I think they can finish up the season as the #2 seed.

3) * Maryland Predators (10-2: I was proven right in my assertion that these guys are on the way out of the top 4. They could potentially lose 2 of their last 4, and that could give some other teams a chance at that home game revenue.

4) Reno Knights (9-3): These guys got rolled up tight and smoked by the Bandits in game 12. I still like them at #4, but I'm not so sure they deserve it.

5) Orlando Soul (9-3): Three losses to top competition put these guys at #5. If they can get a win over Rochester in game 14, they could end up with a home game.

6) Huntsville Rockets (9-3): Lost to the Soul and the Knights by a combined 2 points. I think these guys win the rest of their inner conference games, but they unfortunately drew the toughest team in the league for their outer conference game.

7) Cleveland Dawg Pound (8-4): I put these guys at #7 over the BeachDogZ because their losses have been closer. Playtime is over for the Pound. The next three games are going to make or break this team's season. They need to win at least one.

8) Florida BeachDogZ (8-4): Got blown out by a few teams earlier in the season, and that puts these guys at #8. Just like Cleveland, these guys have a tough remaining schedule. They, like the Dawg Pound, need to win at least one.

It could happen...

Yancy Street Grimm Reapers: If these guys can win 3 of their last 4, they could sneak in, but that would require Florida or Cleveland to lose out their schedule.

Hartford Hustlers: A win over the Reapers would have gone a long way. If they can win out the season, it is POSSIBLE they make it in, but again that would require Cleveland or Florida to lose out.

lol

Man, you've given us a lot of respect this season in the rankings and we appreciate it. It was nice for somebody to have a little faith in us!

1-15 to 10-2 in two seasons is a little beyond my ability to have as much faith as j0shle0 seems to have. I'm still a little in shock. Playoff spot secured 4 weeks early? Jebus.
