If the Big XII - IV + II doesn't work out, ESPN and Texas renegotiate the contract so Texas can go to a new league, Texas keeps LHN or folds it into the new league's network, and the worst thing that's happened to Texas is that it got paid tens of millions of dollars to sit around and wait.
