good point but not everyone pays on this site. i dont and i have two players. joe probably did though now that i see he has 8 players

Unless there is some new information, what could possibly be the point of keeping this thread going. Everyone who would possibly see it already has and has probably made up their mind one way or the other. Just my humble opinion.

I have paid for all boosts with Mojo and custom equipment both times...max everything.

So... what's the weather supposed to be like tomorrow in Brisbane?

on the south side the gods are going to work up a storm for the humans we face and up north the temperature will be heating up with the incinerators in the area

The un-boosted Incinerators unfortunately, hopefully our tactical plans will nullify the level effect like it did against Vincennes... but not counting on it.

UPDATE:

As I am sure everyone knows, the Bandits barely won the last game of the season with a comeback win against an inferior team (no offense to the Incinerators. After this game (very very soon after) I received a PM from Catspaw27. Strange since I thought he was done with the whole situation. I am going to write about the exchange with him, since I know catspaw27 again is spreading misinformation about me to people on his team, like he did earlier about the timeline of events and giving out parts of my PM's to people.

Catspaw27 gave me 2 choices (I thought he already made up his mind, so I was shocked with getting choices). 1) Do not play in the playoffs and he would sell me as planned. He said he would get a lot of cash for me, no matter if I am inactive or not. About 200k. Option 2) Play in the playoffs and get my outright release. Option 2 came with stipulations.

- I would put the tactics for Mojo Dojo as catspaw27 wanted them.
- Put my all equipment on.
- Myself or my "friend" could not say anything bad about him or the Bandits.

Any of the above that didn't happen the deal would be off. He told me I could be the savior, which pretty much admitted to me that he needed Mojo.

Lets look at the above.
- End of the season had just (minutes) happened. Mojo already lost out on a lot of EXP points. Playing a lot in the playoffs would not get Mojo any extra EXP points.
- If the Bandits lose a game in the playoffs the amount of money they would lose from ticket sales and extra cash for each win would be far far bigger hit than what catspaw27 could sell Mojo Dojo for.
- I have no control over what others can say or do, even guys on the team I own. I do not try to control anyone and let people speak their minds. Catspaw27 puts everyone on a tight leash. To say that if anyone says anything bad about him and the deal is canceled seemed like any easy way out of it for him.

Since I have stated over and over how I feel about catspaw27, especially since he released parts of my PM's and lied about me, this deal would definitely help him more than me...I wouldn't get much at all out of it while catspaw27 would get a ton out of it. BUT I still like some guys on the Bandits. So I decided to write catspaw27 back and tell him what I wanted in return for the 2nd option (play in the playoffs).

- I wanted Catspaw to publicly apologize to me for what happened. Apologize for the hasty benching, apologize for giving out parts of my PM's, and apologize for giving out misinformation (intentional or not) about the timeline of events that led to him benching me.
- I stated I would apologize to for several things.

Catspaw27 response was a 100% no. He tried to tell me that if I (Joe Malaka) would apologize I would look weak and why would I do that. Catspaw27 said he would make no deal like that, as he didn't need to (after he stated I would be the savior if I came back). Catspaw27 said I would show I am a team player.

So lets look at the above.
- Catspaw27 first says I would be the savior if I came back. Keep in mind the loss and near loss after Mojo was benched. Then he acts like he doesn't need me and I need him more. Keep in mind the money loss if the Bandits lose a playoff game, as well. Insurance is a good thing, no matter how good your team is already.

- Catspaw27 said I would show I am a team player. But what about what it shows about Catspaw27? He lied...he gave out my PM's. But he will not comment on any of it. If he was a team player (or team owner, I guess), he would suck it up and do what is best for the team. He cannot. He makes everyone else on his team stand by it, but he doesn't when it matters.

- Catspaw27 would haveh is way of ending this without taking any blame at all. Catspaw27 would get where no one that is my "friend" can say anything bad about him or the deal is off. etc...etc....


I responded telling him I told him what he wanted. He told me what he wanted. Totally up to him. Catspaw27 did not want to compromise. I hadn't written him in a few days and he came to me. I could have easily said no, but I tried to work out a deal with him.

So for everyone that catspaw27 gave "info" about our exchange on getting me back, this is how it went down. Again I have nothing to hide and I lay everything out. Why doesn't catspaw27?

He lied about the timeline about benching me. He lied about trading me in the off-season (read Bad Karma's post where he stated this, which isn't true). He lied about what I said on playing in the playoffs (thus why I posted this so people on the Bandits told differently can get the other side of the story).

Because he is a liar and has no class. Everyone here knows it, it's no secret...the Bandits are the joke of Oceania...

Do what you think is best for yourself and your player man, you already did what was best for the league in pointing out the shady things that went on, and you know Catspaw is only going to look out for himself in this one.

His reasons are to smear me and make me look bad. I wouldn't have posted this if he did not do that. Catspaw27 could have let it die but decided to lie to some about the latest.

This stopped being about the orginal topic. Whether people agree with this having been collusion or not, you brought it to everyone's attention. It got debated, it got discussed. People know what happened and have formed their own opinion about it.

Now what you are doing is negotiating in public. Drew Rosenhaus on line two and Scott Boras on line five. They both want to represent you.
