Needs to be more simple. Everybody burns out. Some last longer than others. But it always happens. You get hooked and then realized how much work it takes to win at the highest level. So you churn through coordinators and they all drop like flies eventually when they realize how much time it takes to coordinate in this game.
Simplify and make it possible to compete without requiring nerd breathe levels of time spent here.

There's a reason so many top teams are going over to lolcas. Too bad there isn't a middle ground for those who want more than what lolcas offers, but less than what WL requires.

as a DC i enjoy the amount of Creativity I have with the Defensive Play Creator. I figure that an OPC would spark same interest among other players. yes DC's would have to adjust, but when do they not have to adjust? I am sure there will be plays that will need to be buffed just like on Defense. if altering a play from game to game is an issue why not set a max # of plays allowed and freeze the OPC once the season starts.
