well considering a lot of LB's are built like CB's and perform the same duties... I don't see how this isn't relevant?

Maybe because they play different positions and are used differently by the DC. When Hood's LBs start lining up as CBs then we can make the comparison. Until then, it's just bolick trying skew the stats to appear in his favor when all they really do is support the argument that my CBs are good.

uh wat... are you trying to say there aren't HB's and FB's and TE's built like WR's and don't perform similarly on their rolls?

And you should just fail to include any facts that might hurt your argument.
See Balick knows nothing about football

I'm saying LBs aren't and don't have to be built similarly to CBs and that they are used differently. And not all HBs, FBs, and TEs (what's up with the possessive?) are built like WRs. Many aren't at all and some only have a little bit of catching. The comparison isn't valid and you only make yourself look biased and/or stupid by trying to argue otherwise.

When comparing stats to decide who the best CB is, LBs and Safeties don't count.
It's comparing apples to oranges, even it an orange looks like an apple.

And I'm pretty sure there are a lot of 150 strength and 90 blocking TEs. How many 150 strength and 90 blocking WRs do you know of?

Well we aren't comparing how many times CB's have been pancaked are we?

Ok. But Coverage LB's are built almost exactly the same as CB's. In fact they have the same majors.
And pretty much all the TE's and scat backs that out for receptions have close to if not the same stats as most WR's.
And LOL@trying to give grammar lessons on abbreviations.

And I'm sure all those scat backs and TEs are running the exact same routes, are lining up in the same position, are the exact same size, have the exact same VAs, and have the exact same AEQ. And I'm also sure that the DCs using those coverage LBs aren't concerned about them stopping the run at all or that they might get lined up against a stronger TE.

Production is not 100% build related. That's what Homage would tell me.

But that appears to be what he is claiming if he wants to ignore the differences between LBs and CBs.

It's not. There's more to it.
But to ignore that other positions undergo the same situations as a CB is ludicrous. It's entirely relevant.

it's cute you think the routes ran actually matter in the sim right now. It would if the QB actually led the receiver, but every fucking throw is contested.
