But create special positions so the OoP isn't a factor-it wouldn't be in the old days anyway, because players knew how to play 2 positions.

Um, thats the whole stategy of it, don't go and build 15 cheap Centers at 100FP each with alll the same build. Having them play outside the o-line anywhere is a big penalty like it should be.

Having a LB/HB hybrid just defeats the prupose of this new stategic league. Having a true HB play in a LB spot of defence should cost you in the OOP. Or go LB who plays D better but rushing is weaker with his attributes. Tons and tons of combinations and directions for football tactical warfare!!

make the xp max higher....

I have to agree to no changes to OoP or Stamina, some idea of what the OoP is should be available though (1-5%, 3-5%, 10% flat? Give us something to work with).
