GG Marauders. We had only one hope left and that was to win out. It would have been a tough road to accomplish that. You put us out of hope. You should feel proud! Now all we can do is try and prepare to compete better next season...

I don't think the run game is that much different. I'm playing about the same style as I have in ssns past. There were a few ssns I tended to pass more (50% ish) and some that I didn't. We passed 30% of the time this game, and would have had a few more, if not for the lead at the end. Our backs' ypc ave are 6, 5.2 & 4.5...Only one is a PB and he is the 5.2 guy. The other 2 are pure speed/elusive. Frankly, for how great all 3 backs are, as well as having a hell of an OL, I don't think that's very out of wack. Hell, the HB averaging 4.5 ypc averaged 8.5 last ssn (slightly skewed because we have yet to play a gut this ssn, but not that much, and he carried the ball a lot more against the solid teams last ssn too).

The real problem I see is that any play can be ran 20-70 times a game, be it pass or run, without there being some form of a penalty to it...and no HB should be able to carry the ball more than 20-30 times without a MASSIVE drop off in production. The passing game could use some work, but it was over powered before, and we all know it....Hell, deep passes still are.

We surprised you didn't we...you didn't know that it was possible to pass AND run in 1 game and win.

lol yeah, I was watching the NY-CA/Demolition game earlier in AAA2, and our (NY-CAs) RT got his ass handed to him repeatedly.

GG Wolfpack, we almost made the comeback.

I do have to say though, you have to love a sim where a LB with 60+ in tackling and strength goes 0-5 in tackling. And also one where a team passes on 3rd and 1 where a pass is NEVER called in the entire AI at that distance.

You beat us down for 3 quarters though. It looked like we might do well after our first drive, but that stalled and was the end of it for over a half.

GG OFG. You guys have a deadly combination working.

GG OTR - when I saw a three game stretch of CCCC, OTR, and Washington I was honestly hoping to win 1 of those. To win two definitely means that we've turned the corner I think.

yeah you guys definitely controlled the clock on us. I expected to do better against your run. Stupid qb rollouts

GG BSB you guys are a tough squad. But when it comes down to playing for our purple and gold we got it done!

Yeah... You guys are there... Great defense today, and even though we knew it was coming... Until LB's quit standing in their spot (and occasionally running away from the play after the rusher has turned the corner), it's gonna be tough to stop that QB rush without leaving your D majorly exposed in other places.

Also... Pretty sure my experiment with trying to not just play to what the sim will give us and go somewhat balanced is over.
