They don't. Remember how I proved that last season your CBs had the lowest metrics of any CBs on Hood except for xcoach's? HCreek is the best DC in the game, but your dots are below average.

The good news is that he wasn't the worst on the team. Yes Man XII: Ruination came in at .246, lol. Thank goodness for Bort's bad lead code on so many WR1 routes or his receptions allowed would have been even worse.

Actually that's exactly what it means. Splitting equipment between speed & agility was always dumb, but especially back then when WRs were burning your corners deep. And again, your builds are bad not because you have low speed, but because you have low everything. If I moved my custom equipment from speed into agility / vision then I would have massive advantages over yours in speed & jumping while also just barely beating yours in agility and vision. You're just not any good at building and never have been.

Bad stats.

Why don't you keep on going through that thread where I proved that the numbers you used were not only wrong, but didn't include INTs? Once again, you are going full on delusional.

The fact that you still think this just goes to show how little you know. My CBs were not getting burned when I split EQ. Once more speed was needed I adapted and changed over. Hell, go look at my retired builds. Only two of my CBs have had split EQ. All of the rest when speed over agility. Nice job trying to rewrite the past to suit your arguments.

And wow you are showing how delusional you are trying to argue that a change of EQ would give you more speed/agility/vision/jumping. You wasted so many sps on speed, of course you can. Newsflash, those aren't the only attributes a CB needs. I'd still have more strength, confidence, tackling (than one of your CBs), SB, SV, FS, CD, and % AEQ. And no matter what you do with your EQ, I will also have a higher pure point total and more % AEQ. The sim doesn't give a shit about the fact that going from 99 to 100 base speed gives you 20 more EL. The jump from 98 to 99 and from 99 to 100 is the exact same for the sim even if it means a big boost in EL. And that's all you got for going high speed. Because while your higher speed might mean you have a higher EL, my CB has more total points in his skills and better AEQ, which is the only thing that matters when dots are actually playing in the game.

Around page 7 or so of this thread: http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=4806843&page=17

The page I linked shows the comparison between my man CB, bolick's man CBs, and Social Assassin's man CBs. At least SA was smart enough to stop arguing with me when I proved how much better my CBs performed than his. For some reason bolick continues to want to take a verbal beat down.

End of season update:

YMXI:

35 % target to reception allowed ratio, making a play (INT, PD, or KL) on 49% of targets, has 4 INTs, and 5 missed tackles as a CB1 on a 3rd place WL alpha team.

Social Assassin's CBs:
1. Golden: 62 % ratio, making a play on 29% of targets, 0 INTs, and 5 missed tackles as a CB2 on a 12th place WL alpha team.
2. Cheeks: 55% ratio, making a play on 39% of targets, 0 INTs, and 5 missed tackle as a CB2 on a 12th place WL alpha team.

Bolick's CBs:
1. Roark: 47% ratio, play on 33% of targets, 0 INTs, and 6 missed tackles as a CB1 on a 4th place WL zeta team.
2. Third: 60% ratio, play on 35% of targets, 0 INTs, and 7 missed tackles as a CB3 on a 4th place zeta team.

So by all objective measurements, my man CB is far superior to both SA and jd's man CBs. He has a better target to reception allowed ratio, makes plays on more passes, has more INTs, and has the same or fewer missed tackles compared to the other CBs. He also is on the top ranked team of the three. I guess we can now put this debate to rest.

Here is my actual response to bolick's "proof" above.

Locked Down--.298
Vinnie--LB
YMXI--16 PDs and 2 INTs on 63 targets - .285
YMXII-- Hard Hitter
Paper--SS
A-Team--Combo CB
Stinky--LB

So you included two safeties and three LBs in your argument about my CB's builds. lol.

Now let's look at the CBs you conveniently failed to include.

Sweet Pants--12 PDs on 57 targets - .210
Ken Houston--8 PD and 1 INT on 52 targets - .173

So not only did you fail to include INTs and decide to include LBs, Safeties, and CBs that are built and used completely differently by the DC, but you chose not to include the two CBs who have a significantly lower ratio.

Like I said, lies.

I'd also like to point out that you had to turn your hard hitter into a blitzer because the build sucks so bad in coverage.

According to bolick, we should look at the performance of LBs and Safeties in order to judge the quality of a CB's build. /bolicklogic

And you should just fail to include any facts that might hurt your argument.
