If players in the league can vote for the Pro Bowl players I'm absolutely in. This would be such a good addition.

Here's an idea... this is the way we do it in my semi pro league. (24 teams)
1. Each team was asked to nominate players from their team.
2. Once I gathered all of the nominations, then each team was asked to vote on players on the following grading scale: 5 for first team, 3 for 2nd team, 1 for third team, and 0 is honorable mention.
3. If a team did not send me votes, then i made their players honorable mention no matter how many first place votes they got. I know this is harsh, but I am a stickler to the rules and I repeatedly told the owners about the consequences regarding this.
4. I then averaged out the points.......Whomever finished with the highest amount of points was awarded 1st team all star....
Seems to work out well. The 1st and 2nd Teams get to play in the All-Star game.

GLB Fans still want this as a project, you can even put a poll up to ask. We rather see Pro Bowl selection even if there is no actual game played but just a selection process over the coach Project
