Updates that I would consider significant from this morning:

- A whole bunch of new achievements added for all positions.
- Achievements are now hidden until you unlock them.
- Playoff handling and generating code has been written and is ready to go
- Deep zone defenders should now shade more towards outside receivers when there's more than one in their zone.
- Corndog's balancing pass on traits (with some new ones added) is now loaded for review/feedback

To talk a little bit about achievements since I haven't seen anythign recently:

- Currently there are 338 achievements.
- They are broken down by position/function
     - team
     - player
     - QB
     - HB
     - WR
     - FB
     - TE
     - OL
     - Defense
     - Punter
     - Kicker
     - Returner
- Achievements are hidden until you unlock them.
- Everyone's homepage lists their achievements as some sort of 'trophy case'.


Some are very simple, e.g. 'Run it in' is have a HB score 1 rushing TD in a game. Others are quite difficult like 'way too easy' which is have a HB score 5 rushing TDs in a game.

this may have been answer but 351 pages is a lot to read




I noticed that one of the main questions that Pallow addressed on page 1 is that this will be a couple of weeks thing, not months. Noticed that was a little over 2 months ago. How far are we from playing GLB2?

They didn't expect some of the overhauls along the way. Changes to the league structure, traits for building, attribute caps, salary caps, etc...a lot of that has forced the date back. But it should be pretty close now. A lot of the biggest concerns have been addressed at least to the point of which they want to address as far as i know.

I don't see things being that far off. Biggest challenges right now are probably the traits and the associated balancing.

Realistically people are going to find things to hate on regardless of where the game is at when it launches, but the idea is that these core changes need to happen now as opposed to later.

Ya for the most part they just don't want to put the game out and make a huge swinging change to things like the traits afterwards. As that pretty much changes everything about the game as you know it.
