Against my better judgment (since this will probably be ignored as well but...), I would like to try and get some back and forth going on Skoll Wolfrun's idea of additional land purchase.

How would it be displayed"

- New Tab within the Stadium Page?
- Extend the Stadium Page and add the "Additional Land" below the Stadium?

What "Building/Complexes/Structures" would be included?

- Parking Lots/Garages?
- Restaurants (Bar & Grills)?

After watching certain areas of Detroit & Chicago get some major face lifts from new stadium builds & the renovation of local buildings, I would figure something along these lines:

new tab: Additional Property
Property Lots: Parking Garage,
Allows building of Parking Structures. Parking Structures to increase revenue through fees.

Restaurants,
Allows building of Restaurants & Clubs. Restaurant & Club structures increase higher end fan base. (ie: increase the ticket sale prices by drawing in higher income fan base).

It could go deeper, but that would depend upon things like trying to add TV viewership through Sports Bars, local support and increased exterior team gear sales through School Sports Fields. But these would be dependent upon how Bort would want to grow the game in the future. You could get into things like competing market teams ala New York Jets/Giants & the ability to draw from the same fan base, but that would be another thread idea altogether.

13) Stadium Regulation

Stadium Regulation

When a team is moved from a higher league to a lower league there should be some penalty on the stadium.

If the regulation is based on team performance and therefor only by one league the penalty would be small. If a AAA team request for a demotion to BBB, the stadium should have a larger penalty.

Single Demotion based on team performance

Ticket Sales Penalty

5% for the first season

Single Demotion by request

Ticket Sales Penalty

10% for the first season
5% for the second season

Double Demotion by request

15% for the first season
10% for the second season
5% for the third season

Triple Demotion by request

20% for the first season
15% for the second season
10% for the third season
5% for the fourth season

* Need more input on this part please *

This would also need to see a marked decrease in the Concessions Sales or these teams would just make up the short fall in ticket sales in high number of Concession sales.

Well we don't even have injuries yet so, that team doctor thing won't work as well along with the Medical Technicians. And as far as I know in the NFL everyone meets with Dr. James Andrews.

Team Training Staff - Would assist players during training. This could improve the rarity that a player receives a breakthrough during training or the percentage that they player's trained attribute increases.

Needs to be improved on too much of an advantage much like coaches

As far as team doctors go, Richard Steadman is the knee beast. But teams do have their own doctors, generally family physicians, orthopods (usually with joint specialists), and a few have osteopaths. They also tend to have dietitians, etc.

How would those fit into the game? Well, without injuries, you'd have to have it go toward energy.

Have I mentioned I love this thread? Oh and, in re-reading the OP regarding concessions, I want one of the items my team sells to be Haggis.

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA.
